Port Sailing School’s, New Rochelle location is just 20 miles form NY City on Long Island Sound. We have confidence in you. After completing our 3-day beginner sailing course, you can skipper our boats at either of our two locations. Port Sailing rents more daysailers than any other NY area sailing school.
We have Multiple sailboats that we teach on, five 23′ Pearson ensigns, 27′ Catalina and 34′ Catalina. Our instructors all have a Coast Guard Captains license with 8-10 years teaching the ASA certification classes. We are located and teach in the beautiful Hamptons back bays. We have been recognizes as Outstanding sailing school by the ASA for multiple years. We offer private one on one sailing lessons geared to the students sailing level. We run a kids sailing camp for the Ross school all summer long.

Sail Montauk is Montauk’s only ASA accredited school. We offer public and private sailing courses in Lake Montauk and the Block Island Sound. We teach aboard a fleet of Catalina 22s, which are great for beginners and fine tuning your sailing skills.
