Our sailing school located in Key West, Florida has been teaching aspiring sailors since 1983 and have a variety of classes based on ASA training courses and can customize your needs so that you can learn how to apply your newly developed skills while on a sailing vacation!
Our classes starting from “sailing for beginners” may be expanded into a full-blown bareboat sailing school experience. This is a very popular option because it allows you to become bareboat certified and begin sailing charter boats anywhere in the world. These courses are three levels of certification conducted in one week and allows you the opportunity to save on hotel fees because it is a live aboard sailing school.
Our fleet of power and sailing vessels consists of ASA certified day sailors, newer mono-hulls ranging from 22 to 54 feet and of course modern and contemporary catamarans in the 40 plus foot range. We are the only ASA facility that can allow you to step from student to captain of your own bareboat cruising vacation.
Our instructors are quite simply the best in the business. Each has extensive experience in the industry and most importantly love teaching people how to sail. They are certified to teach ASA 101 through ASA 106, including ASA 114. They are USCG licensed captains with numerous “ASA instructor of the year” award winners.
