I understand and acknowledge that there are dangers involved in sailing, racing, and associated activities. In consideration of my opportunity to participate in North U Performance Race Week at St Thomas Sailing Center in St Thomas, Virgin Islands and associated activities (hereinafter referred to as “the clinic”) I hereby assume all risks in connection with my use of the boats, the shore area, the floats and all other facilities of the St Thomas Sailing Center.

I hereby release and waive all present and future claims against the St Thomas Sailing Center, North U, North Sails Group, American Sailing Association, their agents, employees, directors, and officers and all members of the Race Committee or any person acting in any capacity for the conduct of the clinic for personal injury or other harm arising from my participation in the clinic.

I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify St Thomas Sailing Center, North U, North Sails Group and American Sailing against any and all loss, cost, claim or damage as a result of the clinic.

I hereby release and waive all present and future claims against the St. Petersburg Sailing Center, North U, North Sails Group, American Sailing Association, their agents, employees, directors, and officers and all members of the Race Committee or any person acting in any capacity for the conduct of the clinic for personal injury or other harm arising from my participation in the clinic.

I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify St. Petersburg Sailing Center, North U, North Sails Group and American Sailing against any and all loss, cost, claim or damage as a result of the clinic.

I hereby release and waive all present and future claims against the Austin Yacht Club, North U, North Sails Group, American Sailing Association, their agents, employees, directors, and officers and all members of the Race Committee or any person acting in any capacity for the conduct of the clinic for personal injury or other harm arising from my participation in the clinic.

I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Austin Yacht Club, North U, North Sails Group and American Sailing against any and all loss, cost, claim or damage as a result of the clinic.
