I understand and acknowledge that there are dangers involved in sailing, racing, and associated activities. In consideration of my opportunity to participate in North U Performance Race Week at Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta in Annapolis and associated activities (hereinafter referred to as “the clinic”) I hereby assume all risks in connection with my use of the boats, the shore area, the floats and all other facilities of the Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta.

I hereby release and waive all present and future claims against the Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta, North U, North Sails Group, American Sailing Association, their agents, employees, directors, and officers and all members of the Race Committee or any person acting in any capacity for the conduct of the clinic for personal injury or other harm arising from my participation in the clinic.

I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta, North U, North Sails Group and American Sailing against any and all loss, cost, claim or damage as a result of the clinic.

I hereby authorize and give my full consent to the clinic to copyright and/or publish any and all photographs, videotapes and or images in which I appear while attending or participating in the clinic.
