Mila De Keyser

Sardinia, Italy’s most beautiful island, has so much to offer that we cannot do it in one week. This is why we selected the northeast coast where we will be sailing on the spectacular Maddalena Islands. Our base is Cannigione not too far from the airport of Olbia. Explore secluded anchorages, the luxury home of the rich and famous in Porto Cervo and the picturesque islands of the Maddalena archipelago. Like with all our other flotillas, this one will also be a foodie’s dream come through with some of the most delicious Mediterranean and Italian cuisine and wines.

Flotilla Details

We will be sailing Lagoon and Bali catamarans during this trip. Although we will be anchoring out or be at a mooring ball most of the nights, we will go ashore for dinner in typical local restaurants.

My husband and I have joined 3 flotillas and have found that Captain Jean’s experience as a sailor and his knowledge of the cruising waters along with “Admiral” Mila’s knack for finding the finest restaurants and interesting places to visit on shore makes Med Sailing Adventures a fantastic, one-of-a-kind vacation! We look forward to many more trips with them.

  • I thought the trip was an experience of a lifetime with opportunities to see new geography and to get to know nice and interesting folks. There were balanced occasions to sail and crew, all the while learning from experienced mariners. The luxurious boats that Med Sailing Adventures chartered were first class with more bells and whistles than one could image. Jean was very astute about the local culture and history. Of course, there were great pastries, pizzas, stuffed squashed blossoms, and wine ashore. Not to forget the water – it was crystal clear!

  • Just wanted to say “Thank you” for the incredible sailing trip. You both not only were incredible hosts in introducing us to the area and all the beautiful towns but you also made the sailing both interactive and enjoyable.
