Take a slow houseboat trip down the lazy Sile river from Treviso to the Venice Lagoon and take in the majestic sights of Venice from your comfortable modern houseboat yacht. Share a yacht or book one for yourself and friends or family. Dock for the night in typical fishing villages or cities like Murano and Burano and have a memorable Mediterranean meal in historic surroundings. Each yacht has two double cabins with private head at $1,970.00 per cabin and two double cabins with a shared head at $1,650.00 per cabin.
Our yachts will be modern and comfortable Minuetto 6 and 8 houseboats with stern and bow trusters. They have fully equipped galleys. No license or previous experience is required and the charter company will provide a two to three hour training and briefing before you cast off the lines. This is a relaxing, no-stress, riverboating experience in scenic natural surroundings.
Capt. Jean and “Admiral” Mila used to own the charter company and sailing school, Yachting Vacations, in Punta Gorda, Florida. Jean is an ASA sailing instructor (201, 203, 204, 214, 218 and 205) and holds a USCG Master 100T with sailing and towing endorsement. He has extensive sailing experience in the Gulf of Mexico and the Mediterranean as well as in off shore sailing. Jean and Mila have been leading ASA flotillas in Croatia for the past 10 years and in Spain, and currently Italy and Montenegro.
My husband and I have joined 3 flotillas and have found that Captain Jean’s experience as a sailor and his knowledge of the cruising waters along with “Admiral” Mila’s knack for finding the finest restaurants and interesting places to visit on shore makes Med Sailing Adventures a fantastic, one-of-a-kind vacation! We look forward to many more trips with them.

We have sailed with Jean and Mila on 2 separate occasions, both in, Croatia, and found them to be delightful people to be with on a sailing adventure. They know the sailing areas and islands extremely well, including hidden gems and restaurants on each island that you might not find on your own. They are well organized and do an excellent job of planning, yet remain flexible enough to take into account the desires of the group. We hope to take more sailing adventures with them in the future.
